We are looking for a PCP Assistant to directly support the organization, planning, and monitoring of our production — a critical function to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordination with procurement (raw materials, packaging, and supplies); Interface with production supervisors; Fulfilling daily production demands; Reporting forecasts and deadlines; Providing and updating production-related information; Maintaining organized and reliable records; Issuing, verifying, and releasing Production Orders; Assisting in scheduling deadlines and deliveries; Monitoring production stages; Tracking PCP performance indicators; Ensuring commitment to quality. **What We Expect From You:** Organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong communication and alignment across departments; Sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines; Willingness to learn and develop; Process-oriented mindset and focus on continuous improvement. **Requirements** Completed high school education; Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency; Aptitude for numbers and organization; Strong communication skills * **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in production, logistics, or PCP; ERP knowledge (SAP); Industrial experience; Familiarity with inventory or planning **Location:** Aparecida de Goiânia – GO First Shift: Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with availability to work Saturdays when necessary. **Fixed Salary** + 7% attendance bonus + 20% hazardous duty allowance Breakfast and lunch (First Shift), life insurance, birthday Day Off, monthly celebration events, educational subsidy, transportation allowance, mental health program, workplace gymnastics, among others. **Interested?** Click **"Apply"**, submit your details, and apply for this position!
