Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and organizing product inventory, monitoring movements, expiration dates, and conducting physical inventories. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and organization, including monitoring of incoming goods and expiration dates. 2. Communication with production and sales departments for product management. 3. Participation in physical inventories of finished products. * Maintains control over product inventory movement at the distribution center (DC), evaluating previous day’s receipts, critical stock levels, or prolonged product storage beyond required timeframes by checking expiration dates. Informs production units to arrange new shipments or suspend flow, or notifies the Sales Department to prioritize selling such products. Weekly reviews inventory position of products stored at the DC, identifying items exceeding necessary quantities, comparing balances against Sales Department demand forecasts, stock shortages, special production schedules, etc., and alerts relevant departments regarding achievement of established targets. Organizes and participates in physical inventories of finished goods inventory for control and accounting purposes. Performs other job-related tasks as directed by superiors. * Bachelor’s degree in PCP, Administration, or related fields. Technical courses in PCP or Production-related areas will also be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience required.
