Payroll Analyst

Description

Job Objective Responsible for executing, analyzing, and ensuring compliance of Human Resources Department processes, guaranteeing proper adherence to labor, social security, and tax legislation, as well as efficient management of payroll, employee benefits, and ancillary obligations. Key Responsibilities * Perform **payroll processing and verification**, ensuring correct application of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * Execute and validate calculations for **employment terminations, vacations, 13th salary, overtime, allowances, and social charges**. * Manage **hiring and termination processes**, ensuring accurate documentation and registration in systems and eSocial. * Ensure compliance with **ancillary obligations**, including eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, DIRF, and RAIS (where applicable). * Conduct **calculation and verification of labor and social security charges** (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). * Perform **control and management of benefits** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, among others). * Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding **labor legislation, internal policies, and HR Department routines**. * Monitor and interpret **collective conventions and agreements**, ensuring their correct application. * Participate in **internal and external audits**, providing required documentation and information. * Prepare **management reports and KPIs for the Human Resources Department**. * Propose improvements to **departmental processes and controls**, aiming for efficiency and reduction of labor-related risks. Requirements **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields**. **Experience:** * Solid experience in **Human Resources Department routines**, preferably in a senior role. **Technical Knowledge:** * Labor and social security legislation (CLT). * eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital. * Payroll and social charge calculations. * Collective bargaining conventions and union agreements. * Payroll systems. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
