How about being part of this energy? \#VemSerMoura! **Responsibilities and Duties** * People management (recruitment, training, evaluation, performance correction and maintenance). * Team planning, movement coordination, career development planning, and conflict management. * Battery room management (teams, equipment, and service delivery). * HR support in administrative people processes (hiring, payroll, benefits, terminations, attendance records, absences, etc.). * Monitoring of performance results and KPIs. * Development and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Participation in hiring processes for new employees. * Control of PPE delivery and usage. * Responsibility for results, delivery, and customer satisfaction. * Identifying business opportunities within existing contracts. * Providing feedback to employees. * Operational work diagnostics and internal audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management. * Experience in customer service and people management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in maintenance area. * Availability to work flexible hours. * Willingness and availability to travel. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** Health Insurance Plan – Amil; Dental Insurance Plan – Porto Odonto; Bem Mais – Benefits Program; Moura Partnership Club; Life Insurance; Physical Food Basket; Profit Sharing Program; Total Pass; Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher; UNIMOURA – E-learning platform offering diverse courses to enhance employee knowledge.
