Job Summary: This professional will assist in various operational, administrative, and process control activities to ensure production and logistics efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Support in operational and logistical activities 2. Control and organization of fiscal and production documentation 3. Support in supply management and customer service 1 \- Assist in truck loading, verifying order accuracy before scheduling to ensure product batches match customer demand. 2 \- Support in controlling invoices for cement orders by entering data into an Excel spreadsheet to maintain internal control and prevent potential losses. 3 \- Request aggregate purchases from suppliers via e\-mail to keep the plant stocked for continuous production. 4 \- Daily control and entry of concrete and mortar delivery receipts together with the corresponding invoice issued during the loading process, verifying signature by the construction site supervisor and entering data into the integrated system to ensure documented deliveries. 5 \- Assist in controlling and entering incoming and outgoing invoices for raw materials (cement, additives, and aggregates), verifying that delivered products match purchase orders to keep the plant stocked for continuous production. 6 \- Assist in telephone and e\-mail customer service and daily schedule adjustments, providing procedural guidance and clarifying questions regarding unit operations to meet daily product demand with quality and efficiency. 7 \- Monitor PPE requests, comply with safety procedures, and ensure employee compliance to prevent workplace accidents. 8 \- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the control room to ensure process quality and efficiency.
