Job Summary: This professional will manage and implement occupational safety programs such as PCMSO, PGR, and LTCAT, promote safety training, and supervise the work environment to ensure compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Management and implementation of occupational safety programs (PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT) 2. Promotion of occupational safety training sessions and lectures 3. Supervision and control of workplace safety Must have experience in occupational safety. Request, supervise, guide, distribute, and complete PPE records according to safety standards. Manage the company's occupational safety programs: PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT. Develop, organize, and monitor programs including CIPA, PCA, PPR, SIPAT. Promote and validate occupational safety training in accordance with NR regulations; track expiration dates and arrange necessary training. Travel when required. Mobilize employees and personnel from client companies as needed. Develop occupational safety and health regulations. Verify and maintain updates of reports, documents, standards, and legislation. Analyze accident causes and recommend preventive and control measures. Develop and implement occupational safety and health policies. Accompany expert assessments and inspections when required. Supervise workplace safety in compliance with regulations. Conduct lectures and training sessions for employees. Manage occupational safety and health documentation; inspect fire-fighting equipment locations. Prepare risk maps according to PGR and perform other related duties.
