Perform vehicle diagnostic, inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance services according to procedures pre\-established by the manufacturer and/or Enzo Group, aiming to resolve mechanical issues while ensuring service quality at the business unit. * Perform technical diagnostics on vehicles to define the scope of required services; * Ensure the integrity and preservation of received vehicles, as well as customers’ personal belongings; * Carry out mechanical and electrical services, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures; * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding contracted services; * Ensure agility, quality, and safety in executed services, avoiding rework.
