We are looking for a professional to serve as a **Master Data Specialist** at Grupo Oxy, playing a strategic role in ensuring the quality and standardization of registration data (products, suppliers, and customers), guaranteeing tax compliance, information organization, and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Structure and maintain merchandise description standards based on taxonomy concepts and item family classification
* Perform fiscal classification of products (purchasing and sales) to ensure compliance with current legislation
* Define and validate applicable tax rates for registered items
* Collaborate with Tax and Accounting departments to align tax treatment (e.g., fixed assets, consumption, etc.)
* Ensure database integrity: no duplicates, standardized entries, and continuous updates
* Monitor and track tax-related changes, especially those concerning NCMs (Mercosur Common Nomenclature)
* Register and maintain supplier and customer records in the ERP system
* Support supplier qualification processes, including document review and adherence to internal policies
* Ensure consistent data quality and up-to-date registration records
* Support technical development of junior professionals by promoting best practices in data management

Contract type: **Individual Contractor (PJ)**, remuneration to be negotiated according to salary expectations.
**80% on-site with 1 day of remote work.**
