**About the position** We are seeking a **Marketplace Analyst** to lead the **strategic and operational management** of our marketplace operations, with a primary focus on **Mercado Livre**. This professional will be responsible for driving operational growth, advertisement performance, key metrics, campaign execution, product catalog management, competitiveness analysis, and commercial development of the account. **Key Responsibilities** **Marketplace Management** * Strategic administration of marketplace operations; * Account management and monitoring of performance indicators; * Development and expansion of marketplace operations; * Continuous monitoring of performance and competitiveness. **Advertisement and Catalog Management** * Creation, optimization, and updating of listings; * Management and structuring of the product catalog; * Optimization of titles, descriptions, and attributes; * Monitoring of listing indexing and performance. **Performance and Sales** * Management of promotional campaigns and activities; * Tracking of commercial metrics; * Monitoring of conversion rates, margins, and competitiveness; * Competitive analysis; * Planning and inventory tracking for FULL fulfillment; * Development of strategies to increase sales. **Operations and Processes** * Operational oversight of the account; * Coordination with internal departments involved in operations; * Identification of operational improvements; * Monitoring of system integrations and technical resolutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Solid experience with **Mercado Livre**; * Advanced knowledge of **marketplaces and e-commerce**; * Experience in **advertisement and catalog management**; * Knowledge of **advertising campaigns and tools**; * Understanding of **pricing and competitiveness**; * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**; * Familiarity with **ERPs, hubs, and integrations**; * Experience in **performance and metrics analysis**; * Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills; * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in the **Adobe Suite**. **Position Details** * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Work location:** Rua Coelho Lisboa, 437 – 1st Floor – Tatuapé Compensation: R$3.600,00 – R$4.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work mode: On-site
