Job Opening: Building Maintenance Technician Location: Oscar Freire – São Paulo/SP Work Schedule: 12x36 – from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in residential/commercial condominiums; * Carry out minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting systems; * Monitor the operation of condominium equipment and systems; * Replace light bulbs, circuit breakers, faucets, locks, and other maintenance items; * Support conservation services for common areas; * Identify maintenance needs and report incidents; * Ensure proper functioning of condominium installations; * Respond promptly and efficiently to internal maintenance requests. Requirements: * Previous experience as a building maintenance technician; * Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and minor repair work; * Proactive, organized, and committed profile; * Easy access to the Oscar Freire area.
