Job Summary: Lead, monitor, and ensure industrial and building maintenance activities, managing teams, planning, and budgets while guaranteeing the factory's operational efficiency. Focus on operational efficiency and cost control **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead maintenance activities for industrial and building equipment at the factory; * Monitor, control, and provide technical support for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities; * Monitor electrical, mechanical, and utilities specialty activities; * Monitor and analyze daily and monthly maintenance planning; * Conduct daily 5S organization audits of maintenance rooms, workshops, and utility rooms; Monitor and justify maintenance KPIs; * Ensure distribution of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders to the team; * Validate procurement of maintenance parts; * Ensure registration of the Maintenance Plan for all production lines in the unit; * Ensure identification / registration of line parts for warehouse inventory and procurement; * Participate in the Monthly Industrial Accountability Meeting with Industrial Management; Participate in the Monthly Company Results Meeting; * Develop the unit's maintenance budget jointly with coordination and monitor daily expenses; * Monitor machinability tests for new raw materials and/or production packaging. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or Logistics; * Knowledge of industrial mechanics, electrical controls, motor starters, bearings, PLCs, and basic electronics; * Understanding of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance concepts; Knowledge of 5S; * Budget management. **Desirable Qualifications:** * TPM – Total Productive Maintenance; FMEA; GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices.
