Promotion of continuous improvements and focus on results We are seeking a Logistics Leader to join our e\-commerce and physical store operations, ensuring logistical process efficiency, inventory accuracy, and excellence in order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and supervise a team of approximately 10 employees; Supervise all stages of logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, material handling, order picking, verification, packaging, and shipment; Ensure adherence to shipping deadlines for marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre), our own website, and physical store requirements; Manage inventory, perform rotating and general stock counts, and ensure data accuracy; Monitor logistics performance indicators, productivity metrics, discrepancies, and service levels; Plan team allocation according to order volume and operational demands; Prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and shipping errors; Drive continuous process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs; Ensure warehouse organization and compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: Knowledge of e\-commerce, marketplace, and order fulfillment processes; Experience in inventory management and stocktaking; Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or integrated sales platforms; Proficiency in operational KPIs and productivity control; People management and conflict resolution skills; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
