We have several departments operating throughout the day (and night too!), to better serve our customers. We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to help us with overall processes. We seek motivated professionals with team spirit and a desire to grow with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Separate, relocate, send and receive documents issued in internal operations and distribute tasks; Receive, verify and control materials and products, recording entries, exits and balances, inspecting them for physical integrity, issuing and analyzing reports; Assist in organizing merchandise storage, observing occupational safety regulations; Create delivery routes for materials; Issue and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions/purchase orders; Monitor billing reports for shipment of goods and inventory deduction by dispatch; Issue incoming invoices for returning goods to suppliers; Verify freight bills for freight payment. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma; pursuing higher education will be an advantage Experience in logistics Experience in warehouse inventory layout Knowledge of WMS, WINTOR systems. **Additional information** Advantages of being ROFE!
