Job Summary: A professional responsible for physical and systemic merchandise verification, ensuring data accuracy for payments and inventory adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Acts as a "neutral arbiter" to ensure reliable data. 2. Conducts cyclic inventory focusing on Class A products. 3. Investigates causes of discrepancies and issues audit reports. Perform physical and systemic merchandise verification to ensure the count conducted by the client (supermarket) matches the actual physical stock. This professional acts as the "neutral arbiter", guaranteeing that payments and inventory adjustments are based on 100% reliable data. **Key Responsibilities** * **Cyclic Inventory by ABC Curve:** Execute daily counts focused on **Class A** products (high-value or high-turnover items), ensuring no financial discrepancies arise. * **Mirror Verification:** Collaborate with supermarket staff to perform parallel counting and validate figures reported by the client's system. * **Discrepancy Identification:** Investigate causes of stock shortages (breakages, data entry errors, theft, or receiving failures). * **Audit Reports:** Issue assessments regarding surpluses and shortages so finance/commercial teams can validate payments. * **Movement Monitoring:** Verify whether counted products have not moved during the audit process (stock blocking).
