Join us on this shared journey toward a brighter tomorrow. **Required Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent; Availability to work three shifts; Two years of experience in production activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** Technical high school diploma in mechanical, electrical/electronic, administrative, or related fields; Knowledge of manufacturing management systems and leadership training; **Key Responsibilities:** Lead production operator teams to achieve productivity targets set in schedules, within predefined quality standards. Lead productive sector work teams based on guidelines and targets established by Coordination, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring their development, evaluating existing operational resources, labor requirements, and other factors, clarifying doubts, proposing corrective solutions to identified deviations, assessing performance, and identifying training needs — all aimed at optimizing departmental operations. Lead production operator teams to achieve productivity targets set in schedules, within predefined quality standards. Lead productive sector work teams based on guidelines and targets established by Coordination, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring their development, evaluating existing operational resources, labor requirements, and other factors, clarifying doubts, proposing corrective solutions to identified deviations, assessing performance, and identifying training needs — all aimed at optimizing departmental operations. Monitor production targets based on received instructions and/or production plans and programs, tracking work execution. Introduce new operators to production processes/machines, providing necessary information and clarifying doubts to enable them to perform their duties effectively. Understand, train, and raise awareness among operators regarding work instructions and other company documents/policies, as well as PHINIA’s principles and values — ensuring correct service execution and continuous improvement in the department. Provide necessary operational resources to carry out departmental tasks, suggesting improvements in workforce distribution across respective production lines under your responsibility. Monitor departmental KPIs containing information related to SPQVC involved in task execution, based on received and/or collected data, preparing spreadsheets and/or charts and forwarding them to your immediate supervisor for control purposes. Communicate occurrences between shifts. Engage and collaborate with support departments when required for production. Meet external or internal customer production schedules, based on instructions from your immediate supervisor, mobilizing human and operational resources to achieve desired results. Evaluate subordinate performance according to established guidelines, analyzing performance, discussing observed strengths and weaknesses in task execution, and recommending corrective actions when necessary — to provide *feedback*. Support cost reduction programs, MELCO (continuous improvement), suggestion plans, audits, and others — promoting dissemination of applicable principles and procedures and monitoring compliance with established guidelines to optimize and ensure success. Participate in and promote teamwork among employees to foster cohesive teams focused on achieving better operational results. Monitor annual cyclic and physical inventory activities, evaluating progress, identifying potential operational issues, and implementing corrective actions.
