Join our Brazil team as a Learning \& Assessment Consultant, where you'll play a key role in driving growth, building meaningful customer relationships, and supporting our mission to contribute to society through education. **About the role** This role is responsible for delivering sales growth and contributing to long\-term market success by promoting our Learning and Assessment solutions. You will manage your territory, build strong customer relationships, and proactively identify and convert opportunities, with accountability for achieving sales and contribution targets. * **Sales:** You will deliver and manage sales campaigns, build and progress a strong pipeline in Salesforce, prioritise accounts, and drive opportunities through to closure while ensuring maximum return on time and resources. * **Customer engagement:** You will develop and maintain strong relationships through regular face\-to\-face visits, while supporting customers post\-sale to ensure successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction. * **Marketing collaboration:** You will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align activity, ensuring campaigns and market approaches effectively support regional targets. * **Market insight and reporting:** You will monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing regular updates on performance, pipeline, and opportunities to inform decision\-making. * **Commercial and compliance responsibilities:** You will manage commercial relationships within your territory, handle expenses in line with policy, and operate in accordance with Cambridge values, ensuring high standards of ethical conduct and compliance. This position has been classified as a hybrid role, with regular travel required across your assigned region. Flexible working arrangements will be considered from day one, including adjustments where required. **About You** You will bring strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver sales results in a competitive environment. You understand the local education market and can translate insights into effective sales strategies. Essential: * Experience delivering business development and sales targets (publishing and/or assessment preferred) * Strong understanding of the local education market * Financial awareness, including managing budgets and travel planning * Ability to think strategically and deliver against goals * Results\-driven with a clear focus on achieving targets * High standards of integrity and ethical behaviour If you meet the above minimum requirements, we encourage you to apply.
