If you have an analytical mindset, enjoy communicating, and want to help convert opportunities into sales, this role is for you.** **Responsibilities:** **Responsibilities:** * Make the **first contact with leads** generated by campaigns; * **Qualify and filter** leads according to customer profile and interest; * Record information and status in the **system**; * **Schedule quotations and forward** qualified leads to consultants; * Monitor the **pre\-sales funnel** and contribute to achieving targets \* Qualify potential customers based on criteria such as need, budget, and interest; \* Maintain the CRM updated with lead-related information; \* Nurture leads not yet ready to purchase, ensuring strong relationship management. **Requirements:** * Experience in **lead qualification / SDR / pre\-sales**; * Strong **verbal and written communication skills**; * **Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented** personality; * Proficiency in **Excel** and **CRM systems**; * Comfort using digital tools and systems.
