Job Summary: This Junior Tax Analyst will perform verification and analysis of ICMS and IPI, as well as provide assistance in generating ancillary obligations and consulting tax legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Tax analysis and verification, including ICMS and IPI. 2. Support in generating and analyzing ancillary obligations. 3. Consultation and application of current tax legislation. We are seeking a Junior Tax Analyst **In this role, you will:** Verify and analyze ICMS, ICMS-ST, and IPI credits and debits. Verify ICMS and IPI entry, exit, and calculation ledgers. Assist in generating and conducting preliminary analysis of ancillary obligations: REINF, DCTF Web, DCTF, EFD ICMS/IPI, and EFD Contributions. Review and validate the submission process for ancillary obligations using reports and provisions stipulated in tax legislation to ensure timely payment amounts, deadlines, and other requirements—thereby mitigating liabilities for the Group. Consult current tax legislation and related updates via designated government websites to meet compliance requirements in tax accounting processes. Perform ICMS-related tasks, including monitoring legislative changes, calculations, assessments, and payments. Address client questions regarding tax calculations and provide legal basis for requested transactions. **What You Need to Succeed:** **Bachelor’s degree in:** Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Law. Easy access to the Berrini region in São Paulo’s South Zone — Hybrid work arrangement Prior experience in the field as a Tax Assistant Knowledge of ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, and other taxes Knowledge of ancillary obligations Familiarity with Federal, State, and Municipal Public Agencies regarding issuance of certificates for public tenders.
