Job Summary: KQRH is seeking a professional to support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, assisting with document control, training, and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits KQRH, in partnership with a renowned analytical laboratory, is hiring! **Will support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, assisting with document control, training, audits, monitoring of indicators and deadlines, and supporting internal departments in ensuring compliance with standards and processes.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in the development and maintenance process of the Quality Management System, gathering information and feedback to enable evaluation of implemented programs and procedures; * Plan and deliver QMS training to all employees, aiming to disseminate knowledge and facilitate program implementation; * Guide and support company managers and facilitators in implementing QMS activities, ensuring execution according to established standards and schedules; * Organize internal and external events related to the Quality Management System to promote employee training; * Draft, review, and format QMS-related documents (procedures, forms, flowcharts, work schedules, meeting minutes, etc.); * Assist in planning, publicizing, and executing internal and external audits; * Request and arrange procurement of official standards, external documents, and/or updates thereof when necessary; * Administer and evaluate quality area records, such as ambient temperature and relative humidity, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, etc.; * Monitor equipment calibration/qualification scheduling requirements; * Perform critical evaluation of equipment calibration/qualification certificates and distribute approved equipment to respective departments; * Complete forms for managerial approval and submit legal documents to clients and external providers whenever required; * Evaluate questionnaires and documentation for external provider qualification; * Monitor laboratory equipment calibration through reports issued by the Areco System, in coordination with department managers; upon calibration return, perform critical analysis of certificates; * Conduct periodic inspections and audits to verify expiration dates of laboratory solutions, validity periods of instrument verification certificates issued by accredited entities, among others; * Request documents from new employees to create their electronic folders and/or keep the qualification matrix updated in the Renforce information system; * Assist in distributing and controlling revisions and controlled copies of quality documents to ensure they remain accessible and up-to-date; * Record internally identified nonconformities or those detected during external audits in the computerized Quality Management System; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemical Engineering. * Experience with quality standards and systems; proficiency in the Quality System aligned with **ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17043\.** * Knowledge of food laboratories is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/CRM systems. * Planning, logical reasoning, organization, communication, verbal and written fluency, interpersonal skills, proactivity. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Gympass * Transportation allowance, calculated based on number of buses used, paid via Flash flexible modality, with no payroll deduction. * Meal allowance paid via Flash meal modality, amounting to R$ 31.00 per day. * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Group life insurance **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Work Location:** Valinhos/SP Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Desired Education: Chemistry, Undergraduate Degree Languages: English (Basic) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Gympass * Medical Insurance
