The Professional Services team focuses on delivering Fraud and Risk solutions projects (Documentoscopia, Biometrics, SDKs, APIs), and candidates should possess these attributes to join this PS Team. In the implementation projects of these platforms, solutions are tailored to customer needs through necessary technical and functional configurations and customizations of varying complexity levels. This professional's mission will be to work with client project implementation teams in a high-performance environment, producing high-quality results within established deadlines. **What will be your main deliverables?** * Work in multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire project lifecycle (from requirements analysis to testing/certification, deployment, and support); * Gather business, technical, and functional requirements to meet customer needs during project implementation; * Provide consultative support in configuring business rules as requested by sales teams according to project proposals; * Adhere to the functional design defined together with the customer; * Monitor platform deployments; * Document and design solutions with high quality; * Serve our customers with a quality level that exceeds expectations; * Accelerate deliveries by using reusable components in implementations; * Investigate and correct potential defects during the project; * Ensure requirements are implemented according to customer needs, assisting in unit testing; * Provide accurate updates on progress relative to the work plan. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor's degree (preferred); * Knowledge/Experience with the lifecycle of a Technology Solutions implementation project; * Knowledge/Experience with the lifecycle of a project during the requirements gathering phase; * Knowledge/Experience with the lifecycle of a project during the validation and testing phase; * Knowledge of products related to fraud prevention: biometrics, documentoscopia, devices, etc. (Preferred) **Additional Information** -------------------------- At Serasa Experian, we believe diversity is essential for a healthier and more innovative workplace where everyone can share experiences and express their ideas.
