We are seeking a **[JOB TITLE]** to join the **[DEPARTMENT NAME]** team in **[LOCATION]**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review demands raised by the Inspection team, conduct field visits, and develop plans for mechanical and electrical activities; * Daily scheduling of work orders, defining routes and prioritization for handling by Planners; * Weekly scheduling of OMs; * OM management in SAP (generate reports on status progress); * Monitor material procurement; * Support demand analysis (backlog), evaluating priorities and defining activities to be executed; * Identify and support planning of resources and specialized expertise required for activity execution; * Collaborate with workshops to estimate duration of maintenance activities; * Monitor S-curves for activities; * Participate in Failure Analysis meetings when requested; * Participate in testing and adjustments of mechanical systems, following manufacturer guidelines and failure history reported by operations teams, to monitor and evaluate possibilities for preventive actions; * Track service portfolio evolution, reviewing weekly reports from the respective area of operation; * Ensure all work is performed within company-defined safety standards and with zero accidents; * Ensure equipment preservation during off-season: rotation, cleaning, painting. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering; preference for Engineering degrees; * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and SAP—with emphasis on schedule development; * Willingness to reside in Andradina-SP or Pereira Barreto-SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversational interview to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical conversation to further discuss daily responsibilities and challenges.
