Requirements: The **BPO in Insurance** area is responsible for the **operation of large complementary pension plans**, and seeks a **Junior Consultant** to join our team at Brazil’s largest software development and financial-market-product company — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This position will be responsible for:** * Administering EFPCS benefit plans; * Calculating contributions for Active and Linked participants; * Calculating, granting, and verifying monthly income and lump-sum benefits; * Issuing and verifying Portability Agreements; * Verifying data used for actuarial assessments; * Verifying EFD\-Reinf and Income Statements; * Participating in Sponsorship Withdrawal processes; * Analyzing regulations of various plans; **To \#match, this role requires the following mandatory qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Teamwork ability; * Organizational skills. **The following knowledge or experience would be considered advantageous:** * Experience working with closed complementary pension plans.
