You will be responsible for keeping the IT asset inventory and control constantly updated. You will interface with customers, peers, partners, and multidisciplinary teams. The Analyst will continuously evolve the services delivered to increase the satisfaction of our internal customers. You will be responsible for identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and ensuring resolution. You will proactively conduct strategic analyses to optimize spending. Additional Information Monday through Friday, CLT employment regime, location: Otacílio Costa/SC, 100% on-site work model. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in IT operations; * Technical knowledge in microcomputing (hardware and software support, installation, configuration, maintenance); * Proficiency in Office 365 tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS); * Knowledge of videoconferencing systems (Logitech, Yealink, etc.); * Technical problem diagnosis and resolution; * Basic information security (antivirus, firewalls, best practices); * Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow (best practices for IT service management); * Knowledge of SAP; * Creation of activity and ticket status reports; * Basic understanding of mobile and fixed telephony systems. .
