Join the Vieira Rezende Advogados team — a law firm that values people and prioritizes a healthy, inclusive workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide first-level support to internal users (in-person and remote); * Log and track support tickets in the help desk system; * Provide hardware support (laptops, printers, peripherals); * Install and configure standard office software; * Reset passwords and provide support for email and network accounts; * Escalate complex tickets to second-level support; Assist with preventive equipment maintenance. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in technology-related fields; * Knowledge of hardware and Microsoft 365; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Work location: Rio de Janeiro/RJ; * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws).
