




Job Summary: The Junior Estimator supports pre-sales engineers with quotations, collects pricing information, organizes documentation, and works under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. Continuous process improvement The Junior Estimator will be responsible for performing simple quotation tasks, collecting pricing information, organizing documentation, and supporting senior pre-sales engineers in daily activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic technical understanding, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their career in technology, infrastructure, or commercial operations. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience (in progress or completed) * 1–2 years of experience supporting corporate IT (Enterprise) environments * Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time * English and Spanish are advantageous **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare low-complexity and on-demand quotations according to predefined templates and pricing guidelines. * Collect and validate pricing information from suppliers, distributors, and internal systems. * Support the Pre-Sales team in creating and updating basic Bills of Materials (BOM). * Ensure all estimates comply with internal standards, margin targets, and approval processes. * Maintain organized documentation for quotations, proposals, and price updates. * Assist in entering and updating data in CRM/Salesforce or internal commercial tools. * Coordinate with Procurement or Engineering teams to obtain standard information or clarifications. * Deliver timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders, adhering to established SLAs. * Support continuous improvement of pricing processes and models. * Learn and develop foundational technical and commercial competencies related to structured cabling, networking, AV (audio and video), and physical security.
