Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for our Consulting and Services team, responsible for controlling, analyzing, and structuring ERP implementation projects with external clients. We seek a professional to join our Consulting and Services team, responsible for controlling, analyzing, developing, and structuring ERP implementation projects with external clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality, per the scope agreed upon with the client; * Apply implementation methodology across projects and ensure all stakeholders execute accordingly; * Engage the project team and promote activity alignment; * Conduct on-site client visits for project kickoff, monitoring, and closure; * Control the project schedule and execution of all tasks or customizations according to the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure); * Monitor project progress and hold meetings to present status reports; * Record and formalize all decisions, alignments, meetings, scheduling of visits or remote services for resources assigned to the project; * Ensure the client perceives benefits during and upon project completion; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields; * MBA in Project Management currently in progress is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with project management tools; * Strong analytical and organizational skills; * Effective communication; * Empathy in client service; * Proactivity; * Sense of urgency and time management; * Curiosity about new knowledge; * Problem- and conflict-resolution skills; * Resilience and emotional intelligence; * Entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation; * Prior experience in project management at software companies is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **What does Aliare offer?!** An integrated and prepared team ready for new challenges, operating with credibility and transparency, aiming for continuous improvement to facilitate the work of those who feed the world.
