As a Junior Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for the first contact and presentation of our services to preserve and expand our customer base, identifying business opportunities and managing relationships with active customers as well as prospecting new ones. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY Lead qualification; Lead qualification, initial contact, and lead development according to cadence, to understand the customer's situation and provide a simplified presentation of the company's solutions and identify opportunities; Handling inbound contacts to understand customer needs; Scheduling meetings and calls; Achieving established targets. Requirements: * WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Technical Competencies: Aptitude (or experience) in commercial activities and/or customer service; Higher education completed or in progress, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Goal- and results-oriented; excellent verbal and written communication skills; Behavioral Skills: Adaptability to routine tasks; Resilience; Organization and sense of urgency.
