Job Description: * Conduct active and/or inbound calls to negotiate debts; * Reach agreements and register information in the system; * Meet daily performance targets (contacts, agreements, recoveries); * Clarify questions regarding bank slips, amounts, and payment methods; * Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during interactions. Experience in collections—especially in financial products—is an important advantage. Additionally, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a proactive attitude are essential.
