Job Summary: Responsible for the conservation, cleaning, organization, and maintenance of internal and external areas, including repairs and inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and conservation of areas 2. Perform repairs and oversee maintenance 3. Inspect facilities and maintain green areas Maintain conservation, cleanliness, and organization of internal and external areas (Factory, Office, Restrooms, Cafeteria, Archives, Locker Rooms, and Gardening); Perform repairs and oversee maintenance as needed; Manage cleaning and support supplies; Inspect hydraulic, electrical, and structural installations, reporting maintenance needs whenever required; Conserve and maintain green areas and gardens, including mowing, pruning, and cleaning; Collect and properly dispose of waste from internal and external areas.
