Job Summary: Janitor responsible for conservation, cleaning, and maintenance of units, ensuring safe and functional environments through patrols and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for conservation and maintenance of units 2. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems 3. Performs thorough cleaning of environments and waste management Work as a janitor, responsible for conservation, cleaning, and corrective maintenance of units, ensuring safe, clean, and functional environments. Conducts building inspection rounds to identify cracks, fissures, leaks, and structural issues, and opens service orders (S.O.) for repairs. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, including leak repairs, unclogging, and replacement of valves and toilet tank lids. Performs minor repairs, such as mounting supports and dispensers, regrouting, and replenishing disposable items. Performs thorough cleaning of restrooms, kitchenettes, locker rooms, administrative offices, corridors, staircases, windows, doors, and ceilings, using appropriate cleaning products and operating cleaning equipment (floor polishers, carpet extractors, automatic washers). Manages waste according to type and maintains outdoor areas, including mowing grass and trimming vegetation using manual and electric equipment. We offer: CLT employment contract.
