Install, configure, and update computers, operating systems, and software. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. Support internal network, internet, and connectivity resource administration. Monitor and track technical support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. Assist in managing user access, corporate e\-mails, and user permissions. Support backup routines execution and information security best practices. Contribute to IT asset organization and control. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected Experience:** Previous experience in end-user technical support (help desk/service desk). Hands-on experience installing and maintaining computers and peripherals. Practical understanding of computer networks. Experience in corporate environments is considered a plus. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed technical education or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and support). Basic Linux knowledge (a plus). Networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi\-Fi). Office suite / Microsoft 365\. Basic information security and backup concepts. **Skills:** Strong communication and clarity when interacting with users. Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
