Tecnoprint, with 27 years of experience in the customized promotional items and digital printing market, is opening a new position focused on corporate and retail sales. ATTENTION BEFORE PROCEEDING THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION IN MADUREIRA (RIO DE JANEIRO) Customer service is conducted online, but work must be performed onsite at the company. Proven experience required. If you are seeking remote work (home office), this position is not suitable for you. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customers via WhatsApp and Instagram Understand customer requests and guide conversations to closure Work with customized products (each interaction is unique) Handle a high volume of messages and provide rapid responses This is not merely quoting prices and waiting. This is engaging in conversation, guiding the process, and closing deals.
