Job Summary: We are seeking Physical Therapists trained in Studio Pilates and holding an active CREFITO registration to join a leading studio offering a pleasant and motivating work environment. Group classes with a maximum of 3 students per hour **Job Profile** * Formal employment contract (CLT). * Compensation above the market average. * Monthly financial bonus for conducted classes, converted trial classes, and plan upgrades. * Studio with over 15 years of market leadership. * Pleasant and motivating work environment. * Group classes with a maximum of 3 students per hour. **Compensation and Benefits** \- Fixed monthly salary of R$ 3\.100,00 registered under formal employment (Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 5 hours daily + rotating Saturdays). * Monthly financial bonus for conducted classes, converted trial classes, and plan upgrades. * Transportation allowance **Work Schedules** \- Morning: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM (5 hours) \- Mon–Fri \* \- Afternoon: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM (5 hours) \- Mon–Fri \* \- Evening: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM (5 hours) \- Mon–Fri \* * Saturdays on rotation from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (every 15 days). * Fixed daily schedule from Monday to Friday for each shift; no flexibility allowed. * Shift hours must be completed consecutively and cannot be split. **Locations (all in São Paulo)** * Moema Unit Av.
