We invest in diversity, innovation, and technology to deliver the best experience of connected energy solutions to each of our 16 million customers! **Work Location:** Brasília – DF **Your energy will be vital for:** Systematizing Neoenergia’s operations and representation in the Distribution business with the Public Authorities and the private sector in the Federal District, ensuring trust, transparency, ethics, and standardization in institutional relations. Representing the Group before industry associations; optimizing, channeling, and managing, jointly with other company departments, social, cultural, and commercial initiatives to add value to the Group’s business. Monitoring legislative proposals under consideration at the National Congress and key state legislative bodies nationwide that may impact the Group’s business. Discussing policy changes and proactively addressing issues by identifying critical and high-impact points for the Group. Planning and structuring actions for new ventures/enterprises in coordination with their stakeholders and local communities; serving as the liaison between the Group and its stakeholders, disseminating planned content in accordance with established guidelines; representing the Group in major national, state, and municipal associations and forums; mapping stakeholders and opinion leaders and building an outreach agenda targeting key groups; providing strategic insight to define both strategic and tactical plans, with the primary objective of systematizing the Institutional Relations function; defining implementation strategies for initiatives designed to build, maintain, and enhance the Group’s relationships with other organizations; analyzing scenarios from the perspective of all interest groups and facilitating dialogue between the Group’s demands and governments, legislators, and other actors in the public sphere; monitoring governmental actions to assess potential organizational impact and proposing strategy-aligned responses; planning, mapping, and recommending actions—including analysis of new markets/activities—to ensure long-term business sustainability while safeguarding corporate reputation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Interact with public and private sectors on behalf of the Group in an organized and structured manner to generate greater value for Neoenergia; * Optimize, jointly with other company departments, social, cultural, and commercial initiatives to safeguard corporate reputation; * Monitor federal and regional legislative proposals; * Represent the Group’s companies before associations and representative bodies; * Plan and execute advocacy initiatives related to strategic topics and those with high reputational or financial impact; * Uphold the company’s core values of Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environment through campaigns and policies, applying these principles across all actions, processes, and directives. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in public-sector relationship management; * Strong people management experience; * Advanced English or Spanish (preferred). **To keep your energy levels high, check out our benefits:** * **Health and Dental Plans**, covering you and your dependents. * **Food Allowance** to stock up your pantry or **Meal Voucher** to enjoy lunch with colleagues; * **Profit and Results Sharing Program**, the most anticipated moment of the year!; * **Extended Maternity Leave**, for a more tranquil postpartum period; * **Paternity Leave**, to stay close to your family during your baby’s first days; * **Totalpass**, for physical activity and renewed energy; * **Language Program**, to improve your skills in another language; * **Private Pension Plan**, for a more secure future; * **Life Insurance**, supporting our employees at every stage.
