End-to-end sales cycle with a focus on performance and excellence Responsibilities: * Handle qualified leads with a focus on conversion and relationship building; * Actively prospect new customers (B2B and/or B2C); * Develop, present, and follow up on customized commercial proposals; * Maintain and update the CRM with complete interaction history; * Conduct strategic external visits for closing deals and customer retention; * Manage the entire sales cycle with a focus on performance and excellence in customer service. Qualifications: * Experience in sales and customer prospecting * Experience in the solar energy, electrical, or technical fields (a plus); * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Punctuality, commitment, and goal orientation; * Proactive profile with initiative, especially for active customer prospecting.
