The coordinator will be responsible for leading the infrastructure team, planning and executing projects, and monitoring and ensuring service quality. Responsibilities: * Lead the infrastructure team * Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects * Ensure system and network availability and security * Monitor and ensure service quality * Manage infrastructure service providers and contracts * Gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and coordinate deliveries to strengthen technological planning and modernization. * Document workflows, update manuals, and organize information to ensure standardization and operational agility. * Monitor environments, respond to incidents, and validate escalations to reduce risks and downtime. * Enforce policies, review access rights, and monitor vulnerabilities to ensure compliance with standards and protect environments. Requirements: * Prior experience in IT infrastructure * Knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, and virtualization * Leadership and team management skills * Ability to plan and execute projects * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
