We are looking for a **Red Team Information Security Specialist** responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in company systems via controlled tests (pentests) and developing strategies to mitigate cyber risks. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct penetration testing to evaluate the security of systems and networks. * Identify critical vulnerabilities and propose practical solutions. * Continuously monitor systems to detect suspicious activities. * Configure defensive tools such as firewalls and antivirus systems. * Document cybersecurity policies and procedures. * Train internal teams on best practices against cyberattacks. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Agile problem-solving in critical situations. * Adaptability to emerging cyber threats and new technologies. * Professional ethics when handling sensitive data. * Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical audiences. **Preferred Requirements:** * Advanced knowledge of ethical hacking techniques, including vulnerability exploitation and reverse engineering. * Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, C2, IDA Pro, Nessus, etc. * Industry-recognized certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional). * Experience in digital forensics and incident response.
