We are looking for a professional with expertise in consultative IT services and related topics: supplier management, IT budgetary control, and leading the evolution of infrastructure and operations technology architecture to support the development of new products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a professional to support and evolve the network and IT services infrastructure, focusing on performance, security, and operational continuity. This position will play an important role in monitoring KPIs, supporting corporate environments, managing vulnerabilities, providing technical support to operations, and actively participating in critical situations and continuous improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze Field Service, Network, and Operations KPIs, ensuring service quality and efficiency. * Manage vulnerabilities and network security, supporting mitigation actions and continuous improvement. * Administer environment hardening and network asset inventory. * Provide support for office infrastructure, including network, connectivity, and telephony. * Support budget control (Opex and Capex), contributing analyses and forecasts. * Monitor and evolve departmental KPIs, proposing process improvements. * Serve as technical reference for operational demands and improvement projects. * Manage infrastructure and telecom service contracts and suppliers. * Validate and control billing for links and telephony services. * Manage and support corporate telephony (IP, analog, and extension call recording). * Support operation and maintenance of meeting rooms. * Act as focal point in war rooms, supporting rapid resolution of critical incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Requirements * Knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi networks, VLANs, and basic routing. * Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security. * Familiarity with vulnerability management and hardening. * Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and network services. * Experience with network monitoring tools. * Hands-on experience with IP telephony. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) – preferred. * Desired knowledge of automation (Python/Ansible). * Advanced Excel proficiency.
