Vay Soluções is supporting a company in the Greater São Paulo area for the position below: HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST **Responsibilities:** * Execute personnel administration routines, including hiring, vacations, terminations, and payroll processing. * Perform labor-related calculations and verify statutory contributions such as INSS, FGTS, IRRF, among others. * Operate the payroll system, ensuring its correct usage. * Submit, monitor, and validate events in eSocial. * Manage employee benefits and documentation. * Monitor regulatory updates and support compliance with current labor legislation. * Support internal and external audits, when required. * Maintain updated files and records with organization and confidentiality. * Assist employees with inquiries related to payroll and HR routines. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in Personnel Department or Human Resources routines. * Solid knowledge of payroll processing and labor-related calculations. * Proficiency in payroll systems. * Experience with eSocial. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in an industrial environment. * Experience handling a large number of employees. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to provide internal support.
