Job description: * Clean and organize guest rooms (apartments) according to the schedule. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of internal and external areas and floors under your responsibility. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of materials, utensils, linens, and assets. * Monitor and replenish necessary supplies for the department. * Complete reports, cleaning schedules, and operational records. * Respond to and coordinate guest requests with other departments. * Register and forward forgotten items to the Lost and Found department. * Submit maintenance requests when necessary. * Follow check\-lists, schedules, and internal procedures, including LGPD regulations. * Act in accordance with instructions during emergency situations and safeguard the company's image and confidentiality.
