You will be responsible for structuring, training, and developing an internal high-performance team of Closers, SDRs, and Social Sellers—ensuring revenue predictability, excellence in sales process execution, and strategic alignment with marketing and leadership to sustain accelerated and consistent growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Structure, hire, and lead the commercial team (Closers, SDRs, and Social Sellers); * Establish targets, commission plans, and operational routines based on OTE (On Target Earnings); * Ensure continuous execution and evolution of HW's commercial playbook; * Manage the Go High Level CRM, ensuring clear revenue predictability, forecasting, and pipeline visibility; * Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and volume; * Train and monitor daily sales rituals (daily stand-ups, follow\-ups, CRM usage); * Implement and monitor metrics, KPIs, and performance flags for team management; * Work closely with strategic leadership to uphold company culture, vision, and values. **Requirements** * Proven experience leading sales teams (Closers and SDRs); * Strong ability to structure high-performance commercial processes; * Proficiency in CRM systems, sales funnels, conversion metrics, and forecasting; * Analytical mindset, data-driven and results-oriented; * Leadership qualities, growth mindset, and long-term vision.
