Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as supporting events and controlling activities. Key Highlights: 1. Activity control and recordkeeping **Responsibilities:** Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the institution's indoor and outdoor areas, correctly using PPE. Collect common and recyclable waste, clean equipment, and restock hygiene supplies. Wash and store materials, and support event organization when necessary. Responsible for activity control and recordkeeping (e.g., linen delivery), safeguarding documents, furniture, and equipment within the department to ensure service quality and efficiency. Perform cleaning of outdoor areas and use communication radios to coordinate with team members and managers, maintaining confidentiality of institutional information. ⏰Schedule: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (12x36 shift rotation — 2 positions for EVEN shifts and 1 position for ODD shifts). **Requirements** * Education: Completed elementary school — grades 1 through 5 (proof required) * Literate * Full vaccination schedule (COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, and adult diphtheria-tetanus) * Preferred: Experience in General Services / cleaning / maintenance in hospitals, factories, condominiums, or schools.
