Job Summary: Perform support activities for building maintenance, conservation, and organization of company facilities, ensuring proper functioning of the physical infrastructure and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Perform general repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance on facilities 2. Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance areas and tools 3. Proactively and systematically support various operational demands **Job Objective** Perform support activities for building maintenance, conservation, and organization of company facilities, ensuring proper functioning of the physical infrastructure, safety, and conservation of internal and external environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform general building maintenance repairs; * Carry out painting, masonry, basic plumbing, and simple electrical work; * Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, and perform minor structural adjustments; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on doors, windows, locks, and furniture; * Support roof, gutter, floor, and external area maintenance; * Assist in assembling and disassembling internal equipment and structures; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance areas and work tools; * Request materials required to perform services; * Support various operational demands as needed by the company; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed elementary school (high school preferred) **Experience:** Previous experience in building maintenance, general services, or related fields **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic electrical knowledge * Basic plumbing knowledge * Minor masonry repairs * Building painting * Occupational safety regulations **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization * Proactivity * Responsibility * Agility * Teamwork * Commitment * Attention to detail **Working Conditions** Work in indoor and outdoor environments, possibly involving moderate physical effort, material handling, and requirement to use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Commercial Working Hours** Monday to Saturday Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.367,49 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
