**About the opportunity:** We are seeking a **Garment Production Assistant** to support textile production, ensuring quality, organization, and productivity throughout the processes. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in sewing and production processes * Support sewing machine operators * Sort defective pieces to contribute to quality control * Perform finishing tasks (thread trimming and inspection) * Fold, sort, and organize finished pieces * Conduct production counting and verification * Assemble packages (e.g., bundles of 10 or 20 pieces) * Assist in pallet assembly and organization for shipment * Monitor raw material inventory and signal replenishment needs * Maintain a clean and organized workplace **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Good manual dexterity and attention to detail * Experience in garment manufacturing or production is a plus **Working Hours** 04:50–09:00, 10:00–14:38 Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
