The professional will join a committed team within an environment that encourages decision-making, efficient resource management, and consistent focus on operational quality and customer satisfaction. ### **Responsibilities:** The professional will be responsible for managing the company's entire preventive and corrective fleet maintenance operation; Plan, monitor, and control maintenance performance indicators and vehicle availability; Coordinate technical teams, internal workshops, and third-party suppliers; Develop strategies to reduce operational costs and extend fleet service life; Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and safety regulations; Manage tires, fuel, spare parts, and maintenance inventory; Monitor fleet documentation, licenses, and legal compliance; Analyze recurring mechanical failures and propose technical and operational solutions; Negotiate with suppliers and service providers; Prepare managerial reports and present operational results to senior management; Ensure fleet availability to support logistics operations. ### **Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Prior experience managing heavy-duty vehicle fleets. Experience with engine rebuilding and refrigeration systems. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Willingness to work in the Central-Southern region of RS. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Willingness to relocate
