Job Summary: Coordinate maintenance of heavy machinery fleets, paving equipment, asphalt plants, trucks, and light vehicles, ensuring equipment availability and reliability in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate maintenance of yellow-line machinery fleets and equipment. 2. Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. 3. Equipped with state-of-the-art, newly acquired equipment and advanced technology, **FREMIX** delivers high productivity, reduced project timelines and service costs, contributing to sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate maintenance of fleets including: Yellow-line machinery (pavers, vibratory finishers, rollers, cold planers, motor graders, wheel loaders, excavators, etc.) * Paving equipment and asphalt plants; * Rigid trucks, rigid trucks with trailers, tractor units, semi-trailers, and light vehicles; * Perform and technically support electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic diagnostics; * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Ensure equipment availability and reliability in the field; * Directly conduct troubleshooting and analysis of critical failures; * Manage third-party service providers, workshops, and suppliers; * Control spare parts inventory, consumables, and maintenance contracts; * Develop maintenance plans, routines, and technical standards; * Support operations during construction site deployments and mobilizations. **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance / Food Allowance – R$48.00; * Health Insurance – Porto Seguro; * Dental Insurance – Porto Seguro; * Birthday Day-Off; * Totalpass; * Business Hours; * PJ Contract; * 100% On-site; * Osasco – SP. ### **Employment Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ) ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Solid experience in maintenance of heavy yellow-line machinery; knowledge of diesel mechanics, automotive electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and failure diagnostics; practical field experience; degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields; hands-on leadership and close interaction with teams; strong communication skills with operations and planning departments; experience in paving, heavy construction, or mining companies; knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM); ### **Department:** Operations
