Operational Fleet Management Monitor vehicle entry and exit from the rental agency. Track vehicle status (available, rented, under maintenance, sold). 2\. Maintenance Control Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. Verify due dates for inspections, oil changes, tires, etc. Record maintenance history for each vehicle. 3\. Documentation and Compliance Monitor expiration dates of documents such as vehicle licensing. Ensure all vehicles have up-to-date documentation for road use. 4\. Logistics and Vehicle Movement Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches or units. Plan fleet distribution according to regional demand. 6\. Interface with Customers and Internal Teams Support customer service regarding fleet-related issues (vehicle replacement, mechanical problems). Collaborate closely with customer service, maintenance, and sales teams. 7\.
