Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team Field Support Assistant \- Logistics\| Sales Hubs – SumUp ------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for people passionate about organization, operations, and customer impact! In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Drive the success of small entrepreneurs by ensuring our devices reach sellers and customers quickly and accurately. * Directly support the growth of SumUp’s Field Sales team in Brazil by maintaining an organized and efficient logistics operation. * Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team focused on results, quality, and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Organizing inventory of card machines and materials at sales hubs * Picking and preparing equipment for the Field Sales team * Performing equipment deliveries and pickups within the region * Resolving issues or activating equipment on-site (with functionality validation) * Supporting sellers with logistics-related questions and order tracking * Recording movements in systems or spreadsheets * Managing inventory and reporting inconsistencies * Assisting with basic administrative logistics tasks * Participating in alignment meetings with the hub team to track demands We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: * Completed high school education * Experience in logistics, inventory management, deliveries, or customer service * Valid driver’s license (Category A with EAR — Exerce Atividade Remunerada) * Personal motorcycle for regional travel * Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Good communication and relationship-building abilities with field teams * Availability for on-site work at the hubs Nice-to-have qualifications we love: * Experience in last\-mile logistics or equipment distribution * Experience in inventory control or stock/CRM systems * Experience supporting external sales teams or Field Sales * Familiarity with local routes * Experience in high-volume operations What you’ll gain with us?
