Job Mission: Support the social team in community mobilization activities, meeting organization, and preparation of technical documentation. Prepare invitations for community meetings, following client-provided templates and lists. Support outreach to community leaders for agenda alignment and confirmation. Assist in preparing PowerPoint (PPT) presentations. Provide logistical support for field activities, including material preparation and activity organization. Print, distribute, and publicize invitations in pre-defined areas. Mobilize residents to encourage participation in community meetings. Attend meetings, providing support in organization, attendance tracking, technical assistance, and photographic documentation. Consolidate attendance lists and organize photographic records of conducted activities. Update control spreadsheets and assist in preparing reports on implemented actions. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in the field.
