Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing, inspecting, and monitoring service orders and suppliers for building maintenance, acting preventively to conserve buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management of building maintenance service orders; * Engagement of suppliers for building maintenance services; * Building inspections of properties to act preventively in building conservation and maintenance, occasionally conducted at substations outside energized areas; * Monitoring and inspection of building maintenance services performed by suppliers; * Management of the building maintenance budget allocated by coordination; * Supplier quotations; * Operational and administrative support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Building Construction and/or Civil Engineering, mandatory. * Driver’s License Category B **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
